Nepenthes Lowii is an iconic pitcher plant known for large, toilet-like pitchers. Nepenthes Lowii is known to have a unique symbiotic relationship with tree shrews, which are attracted to the nectar secreted by the plant and defecate into the pitchers, providing additional nutrients for the plant. The Trusmadi form of N. Lowii generally produces larger pitchers than the kinabalu or murud form.
Each N. lowii is from a random assortment of 100 clones produced in our lab. We have found that they are much more vigorous than the slower BE-3100 clone.
Each small lowii is about 2"-2.5" in diameter, XS 1-1.5" in diameter and will be shipped unpotted, priority.
